Eligible Returns

• Item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Wrong product or quantity was shipped
• Request made within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit if you paid Cash on Delivery.
